WHAT IS ISO 9001?

ISO 9001 is an international standard on quality management system, applicable to all organizations in all areas of production - business.
ISO 9001:2000 is based on eight principles of quality management, if compliance with the eight principles will help businesses improve work methods.

  1. 1.  Customer focus: Organizations depend on their customers and therefore  should understand current and future customer needs, should meet customer requirements and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  2. 2.  Leadership: Leader establish unity of purpose and direction of the organization. They should create and maintain the internal environment in which people can become fully involved in achieving the organization’s objectives.
  3. 3.  Involvement of people: People at all levels are the essence of an organization and their full involvement enables their abilities to be used for the organization’s benefit.

  5. 5.  System approach to management: Identifying, understanding and managing interrelated processes as a system contributes to the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency in achieving its objectives.

14001 SO WHAT? 


ISO 14001 is part of the international standard, applicable to any organization, at all places related to environmental management. 
Based on analysis of the implementation plan, check, act. ISO 14001 specify the most important requirements to identify, inspect and monitor the environmental impact of businesses as well as methods of management and improve the whole system. 
Some benefits should cover the application of ISO 14001:

What is SA 8000?

HACCP is recognized worldwide, the application of HACCP to help businesses achieve the following benefits:

2. Determine the hot spots need to control .

4. Establish a system to control and monitor hot spots.
5. Establishing corrective actions when the hotspot is not in control.

- IPI is to avoid inconsistencies between the concepts and actions in implementing productivity improvements.
- IPI tell you "Where to begin?" and "How to Start?" in activities to improve productivity in a practice.
